The Folsom Cordova Community Partnership is a 501(c)3 community-based non-profit. We work with the community to: - build strong families- meet the needs of struggling parents, to increase self sufficiency- promote youth development through positive peer and adult relationshipsWe bring together resources and programming in a community resource center model to create a “one-stop shop,” which encourages and supports families as they identify their own needs and reach their own goals to fight cycles of child abuse, incarceration, and poverty. We recognize that each family has strengths and encourage the family to build on these to solve their own challenges.
